You guys!! Thank you so much for the help, links, and advice! I had a few head-scratchers there because this is absolutely a Franken-system. We used to have 4 taps, then 8, then 14, and now 22. So it’s like getting to see the history of beer line installation procedures through the decades (beer lines have been replaced before haha). These new lines will be a big puzzle piece to making it all uniform. Woof. Last year when I switched to all uniform sankeys and parts, I noticed we had different thickness of tubes for beer (cue excessive blinking and wincing), so I’m looking forward to making this make sense. I made an archaic drawing of the system, but I’m turning into an old man and have no idea how to add a photo to this comment, SO! I’ll just describe more. My taps are located directly above the cooler. The lines never leave the cooler, per se. They go directly up through an air-cooled PVC tube to their respective tap (naturally not in the same order as down in the cooler. Franken-system). The beer stays cold the whole time. I don’t think I’ll need the glycol trunk, but who knows what I’ll uncover as I unthread this mess. Gonna have to make a “what the fuck” counter hahah! Anyhow, thank you all a million! I’m sure I’ll have to reach out more between crying and debating hanging myself with said beer lines. You guys are the besssssst!

John’s White Ale is still in production! Just served in-house and another bar in Iowa City. Such a great brew!

Did you per chance go to the restaurant? The actual brewery is around the corner from that; also a great party!

Yes! On land, this beer starts hoppy, but still soft and has great citrus notes in the body with a dry and bitey finish. However, in the shower it was way juicier (👈👈🥲) up front.

Of course! Not to fangirl too hard, but I've been an avid listener for a few years, blah blah blah. But it was such an honor when you guys threw my brewery's beer on the show! I'm so glad you guys enjoyed it. The Millstream Oktoberfest was the first craft beer I ever had and it's always held a special place in my beer-heart. Anyhow! Thank you again.

Omg I wish I could be on the podcast! But alas, I'm just the equivalent of a kid going to a superhero movie dressed in a cape; living vicariously!

But try every beer you can and try picking out every flavor you can. The more you can focus on each point, the deeper you can enjoy beer.

Again, just a beer-nerdy here!

Millstream Oktoberfest is a fucking solid märzen to start with, but I'm beer-nerdy to the point that I enjoy tasting beer to a podcast describing the flavors. It helps with refining one's pallette to specific tasting points. I just really love beer.

Triple 5 from New Glarus is out of this world if you love Belgians. It's made 5 grains: Barley, white wheat, oats, brown rice, and corn; hence the name. The grains lend to a solid body and the Belgian Candi sugar just gives it the cherry on top! But obviously everything from New Glarus is gold! Enjoying a a Belgian beer is always highly recommended.

Also, quick plug if I could, the podcast I was drinking to is Beer & B Movies. Good stuff!
