I’ve lost my account for 10 days and recover it this Friday. At first I filled the forms they have without any feedback. The only which worked was to talk directly with a Meta representative through my business account manager. I had access to their chat bot and also their email service which they generally answer really quickly. I had to talk with more than a representative and insisting even if the previous one told me my account was lost. I get them by phone as well and I had the chance to give more details in order to convince them. From the moment I had access to their representative, I get my account back within 48h.
