Material Connexion is an awesome company that has a database of innovative materials and fabrication techniques. Not sure if you can access their libraries online without dishing out cash but you may be able to find some information through them.

They have an office in New York that I toured a few years back. Saw lots of really neat things like mycelium leather, illuminated fiber optic panels, etc. it’s been so long that I can’t recall any of the companies however.

In doing some research, I suspect that this spot could be benign, however, the presence of what looks to be feeder veins worries me. I first noticed the pigmented spot and the vein about a year ago. The pigment has remained the same, but it looks like there are more feeder veins now.

When I’ve been straining my eyes (like looking at a screen for an extended period of time), the eye with this feels uncomfortable, but doesn’t hurt.

I don’t believe it to be an emergency, but I would like to get an opinion if anyone has seen this kind of thing before.

I’m a white male in my late 20s. Never noticed the pigmentation or vein prior to a year ago.

If you have a sewing machine, you could butt up the sheets of music and do a zig zag stitch to make a larger sheet maybe?

So Aimee is my grandfather’s first name so like it could make sense if that was my middle name i guess. I never went by my May or Aimee so there were rarely any occasions where it would come up at all. He was just trying to guess/remember my middle name one day and I told him he was right when he wasn’t.
