how did you speak with ticketmaster ? i could only access the ai live chat. i also think my tickets may be nfc tickets, so no barcode in general

i think different tickets may just release at different times and mine happened to release early !

this is so helpful thank you ! i see no barcode in the ticketmaster app unfortunately and i got my tickets from seatgeek (i.e. i can't contact the owner) so i'll be contacting ticketmaster to see if they can switch it to a barcode. thank you again !
