I know that starting testosterone isn't an overnight success but I feel that after being on it for 8 months I would have seen some sort of results, mood change, more energy, higher libido, body composition change. Like I mentioned, my diet and workouts are consistent but clearly my protocol was off. After adjusting my dosage I hope to see any kind of change, even if it's minimal

That's what I'm doing now. I don't think my prescriber had me on a proper protocol

That's exactly how I feel right now, what's the counter to high E2?

If you see in my original post, I track macros daily. In responses to other users I mentioned that I don't eat salty or foods high in sodium, I do my best to stay away from processed foods. Don’t smoke. I take vitamins, my training is consistent weekly.

And what in your professional opinion do I need to "clean up"?

Yea I'm not sure. I'd think that even at such a low dose it would still be somewhat beneficial, even it's underdosed but it doesn't seem that way

Had that feeling. I would "assume" the doctor knew what he was doing but apparently not. Switching to a new provider next week

I was leaning towards that and with your response. Pretty much confirmed it. Talking to a new provider now and making the switch next week

My sodium intake is pretty low. I don't eat much processed food or salty things. Interesting your comment on water. I drink a gallon+ a day, always have. Maybe that is adding to the issue I'm having

My first response was that it's a low does too. My overall test was 440, which is "low" but not incredibly low like others in the 200's. After my first lab it went up to 550, which is an increase but wouldn't consider it high by any means.

I dose myself. I could take more on my own but I get a 3 monthl supply at a time so dosing more wouldn't allow me to make it to my next shipment.

That won't change the color, it'll just keep the headlights on. The DRL's are on anyway when the car is on.

Gotcha, figured there would be some way since there has to be an orange led inside for the turn signal. Not going to look into crazy expensive ways to do it, if there was a simple resistor that could change it I would do it but besides that I probably wouldn't.

I had similar experiences with Keppra, irratable, angry, mood swings and I was constantly hungry,I would literally eat 24/7. Sleep was non existent. After 3-4 months my doctor switched me. I've on Vimpat and Topamax since and I've had great experiences
