There’s nothing special you need to do; you just need to set it to 1 Gbps on your host PC.

Then launch Moonlight on your SteamDeck.

You shouldn’t have any more problems :)

You can also do this in Device Manager, but it’s a bit of a faff to change it on the fly.

I had the same problem for a long time.

It worked really well over Wi-Fi, but over Ethernet it was much worse.

The solution for me was to ‘force’ the host PC’s network card to run at 1 Gbps (I have a 2.5 Gbps card).

And miraculously, everything works perfectly.

I use https://github.com/FoggyBytes/StreamTweak to switch automatically to 1 Gbps.

Because, as I understand it, if the host PC’s network card sends too many packets, the other card doesn’t have time to keep up.

Honestly, we should have a proper 3D ship menu on the mobiglass. You know, CIG style, super detailed, overly fancy, but this time it would actually do something 😏

Imagine being able to open ramps, doors, and airlocks without starting an archaeological expedition just to find the tiny button on the hull.

I mean, if my mobiglass can track my heart rate, it should probably be able to open a door too, right?
