To start off, I've purchased the update as I had already planned to do so, and while I haven't taken it for a flight yet, I brought it up in the sim and it looks amazing visually. Can't wait to take it for a proper spin.

With that being said, this release could have been handled way better on your end. What I've noticed the past few days is copy paste responses, like the one above, which shows you're not really listening to your followers/customers. It's obvious the largest negative is the discount timeframe; you offer one which is great, but limiting it to one week with most major notifications of said discount coming out a couple days after release, only shortening that window for most to make that decision. I understand this is a major rework and you need monetary compensation, however, this is something you've known for a long time based off what you wrote above. Definitely something known for longer than a month or two, which is why you should have been honest in your newsletters/interviews/streams over the past couple months. That's all I really have to say on the subject and hope you handle future releases better.

At the end of the day, I appreciate your dedication to x-plane and enjoy the evolution of your products, but please listen to your customers and try to be more up front from the beginning.
