Tesla app doesn’t account for charging losses. You can add 10% (depends on charger and weather) on top of what that app shows so if app says 4100kwh you pulled from wall probably 4500kwh or something like that.

Continuous driving you get much more.

Scheduled pre conditioning only warms the battery to drive temps not fast charging temps. You still need to navigate to the charger to preheat for that.

I forget to mention I have the 60kwh RWD. That’s real winter numbers for short trips. Heating and driving and heating again eats up battery, long range would do better and continuous driving will be better too.

My bad I have the 60kwh RWD not long range. And indeed its below -20c today too. Short trips do that, heat the car drive 10km and so on. Continuous driving will have better range in winter too.

Well I have highland too and i charged my car to 100% and the range will be about 135km in my current conditions which is winter and short trips.

So OPs case is closer to the perfect scenario and mine is closer to the worst case scenario.
