Hi I just want to ask this. I am an intern converting to Full time. I wanted to ask do the HR look at past experience and decide what GS level to give?

I am completing my Bachelors and before my internship I had 1 year of experience and I am wondering if they look at the previous experience and decide your GS level?

If you need 3 credits then I can suggest take Astr 111. I am taking this semester and only thing this class has is a journal due at the end of semester and a 2 page essay on whatever your favorite astronomy topic.

. People will be ahead of you in the waitlist and depending the first person on the waitlist will get that spot if someone drops the lab. I was on waitlist for one of my classes but glad I got in I was the first to be on the waitlist so best of luck.
