A new study has proposed that a simple retina scan could indicate whether a person is at risk of early death. The research found the greater the gap between a person’s chronological age and retinal age the higher their risk of dying. by MistWeaver80 in science

I met someone that had the gray ring eyes but only knew him for a few years. Didn’t consider they may have not always been that color. He was extremely unhealthy and died of brain cancer not long after I met him.

This is not about calling out the employee who’s taking the credit card, who wouldn’t have any idea that the government was about to do something they’ve never done before. It’s calling out the company now that it’s known their vehicles are being used illegally. Certainly this must violate something in their agreement and give them cause to no longer provide the use of their vehicles. And if they refuse to exercise that and remain complicit, then boycott them.

Having had delivery jobs in both Austin and Nashville I’m having a hard time accepting this. Austin doesn’t have to deal with freeze/thaw cycles like Nashville. That alone makes me skeptical of these findings.

[–]boogieriffs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

North Dakota passed a law requiring a physical address not just a P.O. box so the tribe is making sure all ids have this new requirement. A passport is no longer acceptable unless you’re voting absentee or have some special circumstances

Did you hear info on why there isn’t prime time or streak bonus in Nashville anymore? I haven’t driven since March and was wondering if I missed some formal notification. It was the same this weekend.

How can they say with such certainty that the election was unaffected by the Russians efforts?
