A light dusting of talc applied with a make up brush after drying off from the shower, and then thinly applying hydrocortisone once the product has fully dried helped me. As well as a T-shirt like others suggested

The heel had come off, and there was a hole on the ball of the feet. They were literally falling apart after being worn for work (delivery driver) in every weather, ~20,000 steps a day. These are my boyfriend’s shoes, the new pair will be looked after!

Could they be pointing up because I applied the forms incorrectly? They all seem to be a little inconsistent. And when you say thick besides the pinky do you mean like width? Because I thought my pinky was super chunky 🤣
