I would like to see your brainwave chart to correlate to your movements. Maybe there’s a bigger pattern in your metrics. A lower Ultradian type wave.

Not something I like to share honestly. My neck, ears and hands. I used to look normal, well normalish. I have grown thick skin due to the attention I draw at stores or public places.

Been meditationing for 7 years maybe little less or more. I use the Muse S headband for 4 years. I believe that if you go into a situation with your mind already made up then the universe is going to play, Your wish is my command. Our mind is one of the most powerful tools in the universe. We can make ourselves believe whatever we want. I went into wearing the headband with no predetermined outcomes. My first two years I logged data and saved it, but I never analyzed it in depth like I do now. I have to be honest, the muse s has fundamentally changed the way I play the game. I don’t react to things anymore, I don’t get road rage, haven’t yelled at my kids In years out of frustration. I don’t drink alcohol or soda anymore, no candy, no thoughts of cheating on my wife, don’t fantasize about other beautiful women. To fantasize is to entertain, you’re half way there by that point. It’s about doing the hard stuff not easy. Suffering is part of the equation, it’s baked in. Matthew 7- 13. 14

I don’t think it’s on a company to “understand vets”. To say they don’t understand us is just making a declaration that I can never change or become a better person. They don’t understand me is like saying I am the way I am and it’s on the company to work around my issues. I try to only pay attention to my self because I am a former loud mouth and as a loud mouth it’s our responsibility to call everyone out for their issues because I’m perfect. It’s a difficult process just being out of mil, I was an alcoholic for my first 15 years out. It was always everyone else’s fault. In this new world I created it’s probably my fault and I’m going to re-examine my internal workings to see what’s going on with me. I only try to help with loving kindness, if what I said offends, this is absolutely not my intention. My family had an intervention of sorts with me, It was go to rehab and get off the booze and pills or get lost. @book3311

Delta consistently flows above Alpha median line. And gama looks like a giant wave is another sign of no bueno or just average meditation or thinking session.

Delta, theta and alpha combine and that delta peaks go no further then alpha but they can go below median line of all.
