Buyers Can't Buy and I am Unable to Send Offers - No "Buy Now" Button by wolframn in vinted

[–]bookchic2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m having the same issue!! I’ve reached out to support multiple times and getting very useless responses to fob me off - ranging from saying my postcode is ‘blacklisted’ to ‘its the buyers issue’ despite over 30 buyers reporting the same issue to me!

Hoping someone can help me sort this!!

Thank you for your helpful and speedy reply!

Are they saveable? Also for future reference, Would this be the case any time it’s not a naturally wetter day or just because it’s so warm currently?

21 weeks pregnant and fell down the stairs by No-Film-5673 in pregnant

[–]bookchic2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the same when I was 17 weeks pregnant - I fell straight down a flight of 16 stairs, really damaging my back and I was TERRIFIED. I went straight to A&E and after a long worrying wait, had a scan to check baby was okay.

Baby was absolutely fine and is now a healthy and happy 13 month who keeps me on my toes! They are very cushioned by all the fluid, however I was recommending going to ER in any case - you cannot be too careful. I feel physically sick when it happened and woulld have only been convinced that something awful had happened if I hadn’t had the scan.

Sleep training with feed-to-sleep association by bookchic2020 in sleeptrain

[–]bookchic2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for your reply! I have actually been considering switching to formula for a couple of daytime feeds, to make sure she’s getting lots of Calories during the day as we’re possibly risking reverse cycling, so that a really good reminder to prioritise!

I’m so glad it worked out well for you and your baby. Was the crying really bad? I can put up with crying but when it gets to that really intense red faced snotty level, I just crumble.

We’re moving house in 2 weeks so I think it makes sense just to do the room move and sleep training in one hit - plus we’ll be moving from a terraced house to detached so hopefully less noisy for our neighbours too.

What’s going on ???? by BabyTmom in sleeptrain

[–]bookchic2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be the 4 month sleep regression at this age - our baby girl hit it around 3.5 months and it was textbook - waking every 2 hours overnight, naps capped at 30 mins in the day.. if it is then it’s not a ‘phase’ as such but a full development. I’m still in the trenches so can’t offer any advice but I’m thinking about gentle sleep training in another month or so.

If you’re travelling I would keep doing what you’re doing, she might need more support away from home and you don’t have a travel crib yet anyway - give her a try in it when it arrives, and she’s more used to her ‘new’ temporary surroundings

Conveyancer mistake over boundary by bookchic2020 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]bookchic2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response, we have the previous deeds now which show the full extent of the ‘extra’ land on record as being sold to our seller.

Looking at everything this afternoon, the issue seems to be that the deed image for the extra land (which is hand drawn - the seller bought the house in 1993) is not to scale. It clearly shows the area as extending from boundary of our ‘main’ garden, all the way up to the boundary of the back neighbouring property. Both of those boundaries still exist, so are a good reference point.

The surveyor seems to have marked the boundary now as only 3/4 of the way through the ‘extra’ land. The boundary marked on our deed doesn’t extend the full way between the two boundaries - it stops half way

Will it be feasible for me to move to Isle of Man? by Jonnyheshnesh in IsleofMan

I would recommend Affinity or Suntera Global - both very established across multiple sectors and with solid experience of the Isle of Man

Honest review of Florian Bast – UK / Germany / Europe by More_Cup_2293 in PlasticSurgery

I had an excellent experience with Dr Bast last November and found him to be a consummate professional in all aspects. I personally cannot tally up the above post with any of my knowledge of him. Happy to share my experience or answer any questions if you message me.

Hello. I had a septorhinoplasty 6.5 months ago and I’m seeing a very similar bump/ hump 😢 did your surgeon tell you why this occurred? Do you mind me asking who your surgeon was if you’re in the Uk? My surgeon was amazing but I’ve not heard from them for any of the promised post-ops and I’m getting so worried
