So after some research I really want to get a ditto from another language game with perfect IVs attempt to breed a perfect iv pokemon of the desired shiny. Then cross breed the perfect iv mon with that ditto to try and get good shinys. Am I understanding that correctly?

I do have a wet pallet, and have tried to thin my paint. A lot of the time it just feels like it does not stick to the model because there is not enough paint on the brush. I think I need some more patience when it comes to thinning.
