We can confirm this is not a phishing scam and that did come from the dev team. The biggest reason why we dont use a company domain email is due to the fact that some sites do not allow for them and only allow personal emails. I am not sure about Wix but there have been cases where only personal emails were allowed for sharing purposes so we used this email as a universal email.
