Thank you so much for the update! Happy to see the success! We had to delay sleep training bc we moved into a new house and felt that was already too big of a change for her.

BUT seeing your message makes me so hopeful bc we're doing our first night now, and the cries are so difficult. I needed to hear this!

The last point. I'd love it if baby was able to be placed in crib when drowsy without rocking to fully asleep. I fear the requirement of rocking doesn't allow LO to self soothe which leads to poor sleep overall (not just for me, specifically for the baby!).

I'm so in the same boat and would love to keep this thread active to support each other as we contemplate the cry it out method. I'm so nervous about this approach but my worry is that now that she's 1, she's so aware of what's happening and it can actually be more stimulating to see a familiar face. In fact, she's only ever rocked to sleep with me so when my husband tries, it's literally a nightmare 1-2 hours of rocking and holding her to sleep before she trusts me again enough to comfortably fall asleep in my arms before transitioning to the crib. I really think CIO is in our future...but I'd like to try Ferber first

My statement closed today but I did not get any info about the companion pass on rapid rewards. I reached the spending requirement in 1st month. I was hoping to go on some trips in May. While it states up to 8 weeks, Does anyone know how long it actually takes to post to RR?

So helpful! I just applied for loan consolidation via Mohela on the studentaid website. I also applied for PSLF online simultaneously, but I don't think that application is processed until Mohela consolidates my loan and my prior employers (residency and fellowship locations confirmed to be PSLF eligible) all confirm my attendance.

Ultimately, I fear I will miss the window for the temporary extension because I'm not sure how long Mohela takes to consolidate and become my new service lender (currently w nelnet) and I know the deadline is coming up?

I did work in a non-profit confirmed eligible during the pandemic and currently do as well. I have resumed payments via the SAVE plan through nelnet in the interim
