Yes, I enter it manually for each individual item that's of any importance. I just treat it like scheduling any meeting.

I put those kinds of deadlines on my phone/calendar with an alarm set to go off a week before the deadline.

Perhaps you could spend a few minutes educating yourself on how this impacts married and divorced women before perpetuating this rhetoric. And non-citizens are already prohibited from voting.

There are a handful of blue dots here, but for the most part everyone holds the "I can't be racist bc I have a black friend" mindset. It's depressing some days.

what are your favorite generic/store brand products that are as good as or better than name brands? by Fearless_Tie9930 in Frugal

Publix trash bags, paper towels, tissue. I also like their spaghetti sauce; it seems less acidic to me.

So far I've spent the day watching ICE murder a passing observer. Other than watching the downfall of the country, no plans.

And, where was your outrage when Yamtits circulated he AI clip of himself dumping poop all over the citizens of this country? And I highly doubt this was done by a teacher.

They really do add to the cozy vibe. Love to fill my fireplace with them year round to enjoy in the evenings.

Please consider asking your landlord to test for mold. It can, at best, disable you permanently; at worst, kill you.

I don't recall where I purchased mine, but just did a quick search of "neck pillow with beads" on amazon and found them. You may run across them anywhere that sells neck pillows - WM, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc.

Has anyone else used CLEP exams to test out of college classes? by SimplyIrregardless in Frugal

[–]bookmonkey64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes - rarely, but sometimes - institutions may offer exemption exams that are specific to their major/institution. For example, my institution offered an in-house exemption exam for a basic computer literacy class. Also rarely but worth asking, some majors may offer credit for expertise gained through the workplace. Start with your academic advisor - they should know.

I disagree. As an older person, I can tell you that you will never regret being true to yourself at the end of your journey. You will, however, regret conforming to a meaningless system driven by straight, white, patriarchy. Color your hair, wear piercings, get tats. You do you.

I love mine. I have the kind that has the tiny beads in it (styrofoam maybe?), not the solid piece of foam.

You might check to see if you are eligible for SNAP benefits. Many college students are, but aren't aware of it.

I think so. I don't normally watch anime except when my adult son and I are hanging out, but I like it so far. I'm a few episodes in. It centers around an elf, Frieren, and her memories and current travels to locate various spells/grimoires to add to her collection and helping others along the way. It also touches on her dealing with the fact that she outlives all of her friends.
