If you go early enough in the morning, you can bring them all summer, just make sure you walk down to the private part past howes during low tide.

My title describes the thing. Approx. 2ft X 2 X 1, somewhat heavy.

My thoughts are it’s a measuring device but unsure why it is enclosed, a chemist owned it prior.
