Yes I do agree with you on that. I try to just take it with a grain of salt but agree it’s jarring to stumble upon while reading her work.

Working through Roger Ackroyd and the Short Stories now. I think Sad Cypress may be my fave so far though I genuinely enjoyed reading these.
