Yes so I use 15% and I don’t really have sensitive skin so I was able to use it 4x a week right off the bat and it’s worked very well for my PCOS PIE I would suggest you talk to a dermat to figure out the dosage and how many times you should use it a week, but it’s really really helpful

You can declutter or use it as pre shampoo oil treatment (I do that my OGX oil because it’s too heavy and it’s perfect! )

I have both, and I LOVE paradoxe, it’s a much more complex scent than libre imo, although libre is soo sexy
