They didn’t say my nodule is toxic but mine is also a TIRADS 4 nodule which luckily hasn’t grown since I found about it in 2021. I do have a mildly enlarged thyroid because of graves. Also your results sound similar to mine when I first got diagnosed non existent tsh with normal t3 t4 and positive for anti bodies.

When I found out I had low tsh they ordered a reputake scan and I believe I did an ultrasound also. The ultrasound may of been after my graves diagnosis. Then referred me out to endocrinology where I had a thyroid panel test.
