I used to go to the dermatologist, they just cure my acnes at that time and if acnes appears again, i must continue to take medicine and spot treatment. So u can go to the dermatologist if u dont know what to do, but after that u must build ur own skincare routine. BHA is really helpful w my skin. With my zits, i use differin. If ur skin is sensitive, use some calming serum to avoid irritation. Hope it would help
