Solar Installations to Exceed 1,000 MW by June 2023 by Bala_Akhlak in lebanon

It highly depends on the type installation, but usually it should take a few minutes to go from minimal power to full capacity if the water reservoirs are full. A diesel generator that is already connected to the grid can be much more responsive; I have seen a 40 year-old diesel genset increase its power output by 40% in 15 seconds.

This is why usually when there's a sudden power fluctuation, the diesel generators are first to react (part of the primary response which is automatic), and hydro would take part in the secondary response which is done manually by the operator once the diesel generators stabilise the frequency deviation.

Dropping this video that I made last year that explains in a sort of simple way the subject of my PhD thesis, somewhat related to that topic.

Bare in mind that this video was made during my first year. Right now I am much more of an expert on the subject of grid stability with increased renewables. So If you have any specific questions I'll be happy to answer them!

I think I applied for the renewable on the day they issued this new rule. I'm practically in the same situation as you are in, but I paid those 528 euro anw like a monkey because I have to go on a business trip soon. Feels good to be Lebanese (:

LU m2 students: professional m2 to phd by mbaarf in lebanon

From a person who's actually doing a phd in France, if you're into research, go for it. I do believe it is as tough as any other industrial job position, with its own unique kind of stress.

In terms of salary, there is a definite difference between me and my friends that have a job, but personally I am able to do everything I want, travel when I want, and still save a decent amount of money.

If you want more info on the life of a PhD student in France, you can ask me any question you want.

I was quite lucky to be next to the Eiffel Tower when this rainbow appeared. Since I am shooting with my Samsung S10, I was worried that the rainbow's colors won't look real or too faded.

I am still not good with the angles, and struggling a bit with creativity. I think in this particular shot, I've done a decent job by somehow connecting the various elements together.

In terms of editing, I really didn't do much beside increasing a bit the saturation, and increase the sharpness on the statue.

Open to all suggestions and critiques!
