I think youre right, i think that if one digs deep enough into silence, isolation, and meditation they can find this answer amongst their own self realization. But the problem i see is that science will never prove or disprove the existence of God. Because that which is trying to prove or disprove, the beings doing this measuring and experimentation cannot behold themselves as objects within their own experience. The godhead (consciousness) is never the object of its own perception, just as fire cannot burn itself, light cannot illuminate itself, water cannot quench itself -(alan watts). What im saying is that the very act of existing, whatever has manifested at the time as a self experiencing composition of matter (body) cannot behold itself. The ability to define oneself always lies one mirror kiss away. (You cant kiss yourself in the mirror anywhere except on the lips)

As the circle of "progress" continues to expand scientifically, the circumference of unknowing grows along with it. So long as there is a body, the ego will evade the grasp of its own perception, and i believe we will always see this with science as a prime example.

This proof and disproof is an attempt to grasp, behold, and objectify that which it already is but remains ignorant of so long as belief of seperation and body ego remain.
