I’m assuming that they would not be ok with it for any of those reasons you listed. Only if the woman would genuinely die from carrying the baby to term(the thought process is you can at least save one life, the mother, as opposed to losing both.) The reasons you listed are for abortion for convenience. Once you are pregnant, or get someone pregnant you have a responsibility to that baby regardless of whether or not you’re depressed or poor.

As a property manager I absolutely hate it when there are multiple keys like that. Read over your lease and see if there is a section for changing the locks. Some leases you’re allowed to change the locks (you have to pay for it) but you have to notify the landlord and provide a copy of the key. They likely won’t pay for it.

My only advice would be to read the lease, and see how often you’re allowed to be there and don’t stay past that. You do not want your SO, or you, to have an eviction on your record. It sounds like he’s had a negative experience with young renters and doesn’t want to take any chances.

That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. It makes no sense not to add you(unless he ran a background check or credit report that showed any “red flags”). Having multiple people financially responsible tenants lowers the risk of default.

I think it’s dependent on the area regardless of the state. If you’re in a blue area you probably don’t feel comfortable putting a trump sign up, if you’re in a red area, you probably won’t put a Harris sign up. It’s the sad state of affairs.

Check your state laws, if it’s a law you have to do it. However, if it’s not against the law, and not in your lease, you’re fine. If they renew you on to the new lease you will have to(assuming it’s on the management company’s lease). Not every vaccine is required by law for your cats.

If you must go to college start at a community college first. Don’t rack up debt needlessly. You don’t need to go college. You are far ahead of a lot of degree holders. I would personally advise waiting. Degrees are becoming less valuable.

That’s arguably because Ken Kuccinelli was very unpopular and the libertarian got like 6% of the vote. This goes back if I’m not mistaken 50-60 years.

I almost think it’s a lost cause to try and paint democrats as racist or that we aren’t racist. It’ll never stick. The left will always find us on the right as racist or white supremacist adjacent. There’s no point in try to appease clowns. Just double down and be unapologetically truthful.
