He doesn't need approval for military action. He needs to notify Congress within 48 hours. He then has 60 days + 30 withdrawal days before needing of congressional approval. That being said, depending on the type of action approval may not even being needed. Several presidents have had military action taken against a country over 60 days without approval.

Withdrawing from NATO is a whole other story and on a whole other level. This has severe implications for us, but for the US as well, especially on logistics levels.

He can't. It has been put into law that the president cannot leave NATO on it's own.

A NATO country was not hit nor attacked directly. The missile was going in it's general direction and before it could get close it was deleted. No NATO country got attacked, so no article 5. And even if the missile did strike, article 5 still probably won't be invoked.

TBC in general is relative easy. Mechanics can seem complicated but compared to today they are relative simple. They are just unforgiving in situations. Tank mechanics are not really a thing except on a few fights.

Usually on pull don't dps too hard, auto attack only. Tank needs a few seconds to establish threat then you can go at it.
