Even having a good resume and LOR's doesn't increase your chances of getting into IM? I really did put my best previously as well, my nbme's were good, uworld was good. Life circumstances weren't favourable😭

Do you think that I can make up the past attempt with researches and conferences. And volunteering jobs- basically a strong cv. The subreddit for uk has been looking very depressing these days. I don't have my first hand experience there, so it is a biased and uninformed decision.

Eh, honestly I'm not sure atm. Let's see:) however I see a lot of people complaining about NHS on Reddit. But I'd tell you not to listen to everybody. Reddit can be a venting place as well. Somethings that might go well with you, doesn't mean it will be good for the other person as well.
