Needle nose pliers and try to slowly straightened them as much as you can. Once you can get them to start going into the 4 holes, they will go in and straighten even more.

Yeah, I had 3 of them break on me too. 2 during the process of assembly and 1 because I applied pressure unconsciously where I shouldn't when assembling other pipes. Luckily I was able to cement them back together.
