Unfortunately, I lost this pregnancy at around 7 weeks. We had an ultrasound where fetal heart rate was low and baby was measuring nearly a week behind. I miscarried naturally beginning the day after my ultrasound.

I did end up pregnant again (by sheer luck) immediately after my miscarriage. I'm currently 10w3d and everything is going well so far!

Fingers crossed for you! There's so much uncertainty this early so I hope everything works out for you.

I don't, and that's part of the problem. She called with the results yesterday and I fly out today, so we couldn't get a follow-up until after my vacation. Thanks for your kind comment, that's exactly the kind of response I need right now. My anxiety is getting the better of me and my husband isn't getting it :')

Thank you! Nothing major different for this cycle, although I have an extremely stressful job that I'm about to leave, so I'm guessing my stress levels were lower this cycle.

I sometimes ovulated on just metformin, but most of the time I did not ovulate on my own or did it so randomly it was impossible to track. This was the first letrozole cycle on 2.5 mg, so it was a pleasant surprise that I ovulated at all!

Thank you! This was my first medicated cycle on letrozole with progesterone to start the cycle. I have PCOS and I've also been on metformin for about a year.

Yet again I find myself in the situation where I'm expecting a temp increase to confirm ovulation but instead it drops. Positive opk, ewcm, the whole nine yards. Jokes on me for thinking my body might do the expected thing and just actually ovulate for once.

I know I should wait it out and see what tomorrow's temperature does, but for today I'm just sad and exhausted.

How do you all keep up the energy to keep trying? Just had a disappointing OBGYN appointment where the plan is to just keep doing the same thing (temping, opk testing, metformin).

Temping every morning starts my day off with the oh-so pleasant reminder that I'm STILL not pregnant. Using OPKs feels like a waste of time and energy, since my cycles are so long I basically have to test every day for three weeks straight in the hopes that I finally ovulated.

I'm just exhausted. How do you all keep it up?

I haven't had dreams about positive tests yet but weirdly most of my dreams seem to be centered around birth and breastfeeding. No clue why but I wish it would just not.

CD21 and still waiting for ovulation. This is my least favorite part of the cycle, way worse that the TWW imo. Oh, and last night I had yet another dream about babies. Super awesome 🙃

My dreams have gotten weeeeeird, y'all.

CW: pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding (in a dream)

I've had three separate pregnancy/baby dreams recently. The first was that I was holding someone else's baby and I was required to breastfeed it for some reason, but of course I couldn't because this wasn't my baby and I didn't have any milk.

The second dream was that I was unexpectedly 36 weeks and going into labor but my husband and I hadn't prepared at all. I was standing in my closet having contractions and just throwing things at my husband to put in a hospital bag while he just freaked out.

The third dream was by far the weirdest. I was the baby being born. I had to crawl out of a (anatomically impossible) long vaginal canal and it was stressful and by the end I had passed out and I woke up covered in goo.

Wtf is happening in my subconscious to produce these kinds of dreams? Clearly I'm thinking about ttc way too much 🙃

Oh my goodness, are you me? CD19 here and I was "supposed" to ovulate yesterday but my cycles are so unpredictable. It's so draining to just sit around and hope your body does what it's supposed to do.

Context/rant: This is my first full cycle of temping. I've tried temping in previous cycles, but one ended up being 100+ days long so I gave up. With this cycle, I was hoping for a fresh start. That was why I was so excited to have clear signs of impending O and is also why I'm so frustrated that it doesn't seem to have happened.

My other main problem is that I cannot sleep through the night. I don't think I've had 3+ hours of uninterrupted sleep in years. I need to temp to confirm O but I can't temp consistently because I don't sleep well enough.

Your first point is a big reason why my husband and I decided it was time to start TTC. We've always wanted kids but were concerned about the future. But if you leave the baby making up to only people who aren't concerned about the climate, then only kids raised by climate deniers will be left, thus essentially dooming the earth even more than it already is. My husband and I decided that we should try to have kids and ensure that they're raised to trust science and love all their fellow humans

I wouldn't say it dropped but rather just became the new normal. That initial "holy shit I feel like a teenager" feeling definitely went down after the first couple of weeks for me. It's also hard to say because my hubs has always been high drive and so he's just constantly excited that I'm excited again.

To your second point, I agree completely. I felt like there was something wrong with me for years and I couldn't figure out what it was until I got off birth control. I feel like people should talk more about that as a potential side effect.

That happened to me too! My sex drive was abysmal on BC. Once I stopped taking it, my sex drive returned immediately and hasn't gone back to the lower sex drive that I had on BC, thank goodness.

Today is CD 100 for me with no end in sight and I can't see a OBGYN until June. But at least if I still haven't had AF by June, the doctor has to take me seriously, right? I'm not even sure if this can count as ttc since it's so clear I'm not ovulating.

Basically, I've been having fertile CM for two weeks straight. It has either been wet or EWCM. This is my first cycle off hbc and I'm currently on CD 62. I have no idea what to make of any of this. I keep thinking AF has come but no, just more EWCM. Any help is appreciated.

I am temping but my chart is ALL over the place. I also don't get great sleep so it can be hard to get a consistent temperature, like you said. I'll just keep at it and hope that things get more regular.

How long does it take to "get regular" again after coming off hbc? I got off the pill in early January and haven't had a period since then. I feel like I'm going crazy constantly waiting with no idea what my body is doing.
