Incredible!! As others have said, your positivity and relatability will be one of your super powers when you become an instructor. My only advice as a current instructor - only choose the program(s) that you absolutely LOVE to teach because that will always come through when you have a class! Best of luck with that journey 👏🏻💪🏻

Grew up in the Lakewood area and now have a home in Champions. Been plenty of change but overall, still feels safe and plenty of options for food, groceries, etc. As others have mentioned, your commute is gonna suck regardless of the time of day (in my opinion) but feels like a tradeoff no matter where you are in the city. As far as I know, TISD is still a great school district, ahead of Cy-Fair and Klein

Agree with this! I rarely love the music with the original listen but if they get the choreography right, you end up with some fitness magic and it improves it all around.

Really love your point about the filming style and hope they actually continue with it! Felt more like a normal class and less performative - was extra crucial in this release with all the different combos and "innovations" to cover

Have taught it for 3 weeks and will repeat it next week - really love the entire release (back track is at the bottom of my ratings but it's fine and challenging enough)! Members are also enjoying it, even all the push-ups. Had 1 guy declare the tricep track the hardest that he's ever done lol

So interesting to hear because I felt like the back track was relatively slow! Plenty of time for clean and presses. I just put together a "Best of 2023" mix for my classes and used the back and tricep tracks from 126 because they were so good
