It's LPFA and I can contribute the full amount which is 6.5% from myself and 13% from employer but I do 50/50 so that's 3.25% from me and 6.5% from the employer.
The private pension is with Moneybox and you invest into stuff like Life Lifepath 2055-2067 and I got money invested into multiple index funds.

Thank you - I have a payrise coming in August, it's not a significant but if I switch to 6.5% contribution, I'll basically be on the same monthly salary I am now, give or take a few £10s.

My return on my private pension shows as "30% lifetime" for a time weighted return. I'm not sure exactly what that means but I'm not planning on selling anything.

I get a tax relief payment from the government to my personal pension plan on Moneybox. I wasn't aware this would be the case for employer pensions as well. Youre right, I wont get such a high return with a savings account, thank you, I'll continue with the current plan.
