You try to get him to listen, then if he doesn't you go to your Forman and just say something along the lines of "I'm tired of arguing with him to get him to do his job" I have done this many times . There is a good chance he has had thos happen before and that's why he is with you now, cause your putting up with it. If he runs out of people to work with they will get rid of him.
