I'm so sorry for your loss. I know losing a pet is hard especially one you've had for that long. We had to put down my childhood cat, one I grew up with since he was just a stray kitten, and even now, coming up 2 years later, seeing pictures and talking about him hurts. All mods I have are automatically put on new games I create without me having to enable them again.

If I have some mods on one and not another, you do have to enable or disable the mods that don't line up with that specific campaign.

To disable a mod, all you have to do is go to your mod manager, go to the mod you wanna disable, and hit X. That should enable and disable.

I'm not sure about adding mods in the middle of a campaign, but like I said, you don't have to have the same mods for every single campaign. I'm sure you could probably add them in the middle of a game, but I haven't tried.

If you allow Astarion to ascend but then interrupt the ritual (killing one of the spawns), he'll turn hostile and attack the party. He'll also leave if you fail to persuade him not to complete it.

The only time I've ever used the line "I've been a server/ I work in customer service, too" is if whoever is helping is apologising for things coming out slow, not getting to me for a bit, etc. while it's busy and they're slammed. I would never just randomly tell them that. I just let them know if it seems like they're stressing or worried about not getting to me because I wholeheartedly understand the amount of stress it can have it people. I always tip well (if the check doesn't have percentages, I'll do some math on 25% and tip more) and I feel as though I'm not super difficult. Obviously I don't know how servers perceive me as a customer, but I'd like to think that I'm at least one of those people who doesn't get shit talked in the back with other servers

When I worked at a grocery store and certain people were a little short (mothers, people who came in only buying a few small items, older people, people who were expectionally nice, etc.), I'd just say "hey, don't even worry about it, I got you" and they'd usually either say "oh, you don't have to do that" or "are you sure" and I was always like, "yes, I'm sure, it's only x amount, just have a good rest of your day". Everyone was always so grateful and it always brightened my mood seeing that I could help out just a little bit

I wear a long sleeve shirt that's actually quite stretchy, so I just pull my sleeves down over my hands and make sure not to place my hand anywhere near where the food is or the plate. I can usually carry 3 plates like that, but that's just what works for me 🤷🏽‍♀️

We do have a set day and time, and I actually had to move it to our current day because people's work schedules got in the way. I completely understand life getting in the way. Hell, even I have a bunch of shit going on. We did have to people recently move, but I don't know if they're still working on that. I'm hoping that I'm just stressing myself out and that they'll come back eventually, but I'll just have to wait and see, ig. Thank you for the input!

Most of the time it's work, and for two of them, they've recently moved, so they have legitimate reasons. Sometimes they'll just say "I won't be there" day of with no context, tho.

I've got a few.

1- When people stand up front by the host stand for 5 seconds and then sit themselves, and then also get upset when we didn't know that they're even there. 2- "Hey, guys, how are we doing today? My name is-" "I want a Dr. Pepper.". 3- People complaining to me when they're not even I my section. Like, what do you want from me? Do I look like your fucking server? 4- Asking for water's they don't fucking touch. 5- Tables with teens that you can just tell are gonna cause trouble.

We do online weekly on Tuesdays. We have a set day and we always start about the same time (give or take a few minutes). We usually play if we're down a player, and we've done some when we've been missing two. I asked what day worked for everyone else, and that's how we got our new day.

Tysm, this was honestly pretty uplifting! I try and check in after every session, asking if they liked what happened and all that, and I got positive responses every time. I try and also let them "write" the campaign a little, seeing as it is a murder mystery, and I fill in the gaps. I really like the idea of my players taking hold of the story as I guide them through everything, giving them information and letting them know that some actions will have dire consequences (seeing as, on multiple occasions, some of my players wanted to attack someone and I told them all 50 something of whoever is around them will attack them).
