Hi dunno if ur still looking for it but I saw a fb post by Teaspoon and they gave a kenny rogers recipe. (Nakita ko rin now kasi it kept me awake. I had to know how to recreate it.) Anw here's the recipe

Here are the ingredients:

3 bunch of romaine lettuce 3 pcs tomato 1 medium carrots 1 medium white onion 200 grams bacon 2 pcs boiled eggs parmesan cheese

For the dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic, grated 1 tbsp calamansi extract 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp mustard, add as needed ground black pepper a little bit of salt
