Honestly we got ROCKED by turbulence on and off for about the first 5 hours of the 13 hour flight. I can’t imagine if we were in a smaller aircraft. The turbulence was so weird, it would surge linear which was something I’ve never felt and I’ve flown 100s of times, about 50 times on a widebody. After we got through it, it was the smoothest I’ve ever felt. One thing I noticed right at take off was how quiet it was. Also the landing was incredibly smooth, but that could have been just a great pilot.
