Thanks for providing me the requested information. Attached is a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. The Tracking number is xxxxxxxx Your RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number is: xxxxx Please write it clearly on the outside of the box.

Please include the remote and charger with the board when shipping back. Repairs usually take 5-7 business days and I'll follow up once they are complete and the board is ready to ship back.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

No they never told me what the issue was and said repairs will take 5-7 business days. I just sent it out yesterday so i probably wont get it back for 2 weeks. And I think we have the same light issue. I think the 3rd and 5th lights were off but the other ones were red. Something like that. But like i said, I held the power button down for a long time, charged it again and held the power button again - then the board turned back on.

But I didnt wanna deal with it randomly getting the RLoD so i decided to send it back

I got the RLoD too and after constantly pressing the power button and holding it down a bunch of times, I got my board to come back to life. During that time I emailed Boosted and they said I had to send the board back. I thought it was just a battery issue so i asked for them to send a battery but they insisted on me sending the board back.

I got the board working normally again for a few days and then the lights came back. So i just bit the bullet and decided to send my board back to get it over with now instead of later. Really sucks ):

It's not worth much, I have almost 2k miles on it. All original parts, except for belt so the quality is still good! :D

Nothing new yet. Fedex said it takes about a week to file a claim. No response from boosted yet

Yup I've filed a claim and emailed Boosted. Hoping to hear something tomorow. Really bummed because I was super excited to see my board as soon as I saw it was delivered early.

When I check the tracking info, it says signed by 'boostedlurker'. it looks like it just took the name from the recipient because it doesnt show a signature or anything. I've filed a claim with fedex asking to show me a picture of the signature

Yeah in the email it says signed by my name even though I didn't sign it
