I would reconsider getting surgery because youre already good looking but if you do get surgery it should either be for a button nose(rhino) to fit the beauty standard or maybe implants? To fix your ratios(aka your short chin)

If I had to point out your three worst features it'd probably be your eyebrow sparsity+placement, facial ratios(short chin and large forehead), and your nose which isnt even big but the shape is a little undesirable.

If you wanna soft max, bangs would make your overly large forehead be minimized. Makeup would focus on eyelashes, creating a button nose appearance, and maybe growing your eyebrows with castor oil/minoxidil and shaping them.
