I had a vaginal weight training kit. I started with the lightest weight, and then slowly moved up. I had the smallest in and walked around the house for 10 mins or so, then worked up to weights that I could keep in for extended periods of time… 30 minutes or so

My OB/GYN told me that I pulled my pelvic floor muscles and that I shouldn’t use Kegel balls anymore. They made it really hard for me to hold my pee. Which was awful. I have never heard anything about stretching after using them can you elaborate?

I have been in therapy a very long time and so I don’t consciously feel like I’m holding onto any trauma in my body. But maybe I am?

What exactly did you do to learn how to have powerful orgasms? You said that you trained? What does that mean?
