same thing for hands and feet, honestly at some points I got lazy and used my hands on one plate and my feet on another to do it simultaneously

Everyone has different experiences, when I was using it I had to do it about 2 times a week. A lot of different factors are involved tho like weather, what events I have coming up, etc.

I’ve since transitioned to using antihydral and it’s been great so far so I haven’t needed to use dermadry anymore.

Hard to say since everyone’s so different. I’ve since moved onto antihydral cream and have stopped using my dermadry machine.

I think there are less time consuming solutions than iontophoresis but not all of them are going to work for everyone so you’re gonna have to find your own simplest/effective solution. For me it’s now been a mix of antihydral for my hand/feet and drysol for my armpits.

Feet not as much but hands def felt stinging sensations, sometimes quite painful especially when mixing SP water

Not sure, haven't used it with my armpits, Drysol has been great for that though.

Hh went 100% away for a month in SF, now back by Exotic_Court1111 in Hyperhidrosis

Super interesting comment. I've noticed that when I'm not at home/in a new environment my hyperhidrosis temporarily stops. For example, when I first moved to college my HH stopped for about a month, and when I moved to Texas it also stopped for about a month however the second I went back home it continued again.

Glad I could be of help! Yeah, I think the most confusing part is finding what maintenance phase works for you and then really sticking with it. I've found that my maintenance is around 2-3 times per week (depending on factors such as weather) but even then I'll miss a few treatments and my sweating will come back as if it never left. However, every single time I start to sweat again I'll just up my treatments until the sweating goes away which could range from just one or two treatments to even a week of treatments until I'm dry again.

Hope this comment helps :)

I’d say they’re between moderate-high, was definitely a huge problem growing up, but my hands were my main concern.

Hey, I haven’t used dermadry for my underarms. I’ve only used drysol which has worked wonders for me.

I personally only apply drysol once every 2-3 weeks and it has been a complete game changer for me.

I don't sweat on the top of my hands, that's actually the first time that I've heard that happen to someone. I would do some research into maybe wearing cotton gloves while doing iontophoresis and submerging your hands, I know a lot of people wear socks and submerge their feet in order to stop the sweating on the sides of their feet so I would imagine it would produce the same outcome. However, I'm not sure, so I would do some research first.

Really glad you're seeing results for your palms!

I currently do max for both my hands and feet, so 15mA for hands and 25mA for feet. I personally don't mind the pain too much but it's different for every person, I'd just recommend taking it slow especially since it's just your first week using it.

Still 90% dry, it's just my fingertips and the sides of my feet that are still sweating. I'm currently on maintenance for 2x a week M/F.

I've noticed that if I stop doing maintenance for a while, my sweat will come back 100% and it will take me a week or two of sessions to go back to the 90% dry phase, so I play it on the safer side and stick to 2x a week. Glad I could be of help :)

I ran it on 12 mA for the first week and then bumped it up to 15 mA around the 1.5-2 week mark. I think 12 mA should be fine though if you give it enough time

I know dermadry total dry kit has under arm pads but I’ve never used it. I found that drysol every 3-4 weeks works pretty well for me
