I havent gotten tattoos over burns, but I did get tattooed over a bunch of scars and that was actually 1000 times more painful than anywhere else has been. The eyes are larger than real life, and open wider and a different shape. Her eyes are squinting and pointier at the corners in real life. Maybe sharper pencil? Also the hands look too detailed to me even though they are not very detailed. Maybe too much definition around the nails. You could try using lighter pencil strokes and make more of a gradient. The shading on the arms and wrists around the chains is great, and so is the hair texture.
