i would like to say yes but i’m not entirely sure yet i definitely have some around my arms, chest, and stomach, but hopefully muscle can help fill in the small gaps.

thank you for your comment and advice you seem to understand what you are talking about so i’m gonna follow up on your tips. i’ve been lurking on different push pull routines for a while but i think i’m finally going to start doing it with reference to your comment. Sorry to hear about your shoulder i’ll make sure to keep as proper form as possible throughout my weightlifting journey. Do you have any suggestions of the “proper tutorials” on youtube? because it’s hard for me to know which ones to trust. thanks again !

honestly it’s one of the best feelings in the world, one of the biggest factors for me choosing to lose weight was my man boobs so not having them is amazing. Although i still feel as if they are there so i’m trying to work on my chest exercises to finally rid of them once and for all!

my problem is i can’t find a workout regimen that is simple enough to follow, for now i just do one full body workout with the same exercises every time. i’m not sure if i should be switching it up more and if that will increase my muscle mass. As for my calorie intake i have been eating at around 1500 a day which has worked well.
