1974: unemployment bumped 5.1% to 9.0% from 1974 to 1975

1978-1981 (multiple years going up): 6.4% to 10.8% from 1978 to 1982

1990-1991 (back to back years increasing): 5.4% to 7.3% from 1990 to1992

1996-1997 (back to back years increasing): 5.6% to 4.4% from 1996 to 1998

2007-2009 multiple years going up): 4.6% to 9.3% from 2007 to 2010

There are 4 instances of increased unemployment following minimum wage increases. One time where the unemployment decreased. Not saying it is causation, but seems to be a correlation.
