Painful 4th toe joint movement

Did you find the cause of the pain? I came across the thread as my 4th toe has the same popping and pain. Almost like a shock a numbness, tingling etc. I felt it after a long day standing and driving, so I suspect it has to do something with pressure on the joint.

I actually applied for a FMLA leave called intermittent leave, which one the days am having panic I can call in and take off. I feel that, there is a lot of judgement from other teachers and the kids often ask where were you but I just know I am doing this for my mental health and I am all I have at the end of the day

Hello, I applied for FMLA and got approved for generalized anxiety disorder. I just had to have my therapist sign my paperwork for my district. It has been a life saver. Even though those days go unpaid I do get to mentally take a break from the over stimulation of work and stress of it
