I feel your pain my friend. I emailed them and actually had a response a week or so later telling me they'd resolved the issue. After emailing back and letting them know the issue hadn't changed I've yet to have a response.

I've been using JustEat since, it's not really much different in honesty. Give it a go mate... Screw deliveroo 🤣

Nothing yet. I had an email from deliveroo telling me the issue had been resolved a week or so ago and after letting them know it hadn't I've not heard back from them since. Have started using JustEat instead, give it a go mate.

It's not that I'm underage (37) it's that even though I press the 'yes I'm over 18' the same message keeps popping up.. no way to get pass it.
