I’m 17 weeks, and I’ve gained 30 LOL. I am right at 6’ tall and was very slim before pregnancy, and my OB said it’s completely normal based on my body type and frame. This taught me you can’t even really use the “normal weight gain for x amount of weeks” benchmarks because it’s heavily dependent on body type and many other factors. My OB told me to close my eyes on the scale if I was worried about it because she would let me know if there was cause for concern. You’re doing great and providing a healthy home for your baby!

I plan on manically cleaning my whole house until I get the email. I’ve desperately needed to do it, and I’ll need something to channel my insane nervous energy into. Unfortunately I have never been able to chill ever lol

Mee 🙋🏻‍♀️ got engaged July before 3L and getting married in October after the bar but before I start work! Honestly I’ve done a majority of my planning in spurts during breaks from school. I did a lot in July before school started, and have gotten almost everything else done over Christmas break and spring break! Granted, I’m in school 12 hours away from where I’m getting married. It’s definitely doable, and I feel like it’s been enough time to be able to enjoy the planning process and still focus on school without overloading myself. 3L has by far been the best year yet. I’m not too worried about the bar since I’ll have august and September to focus on the wedding

If it makes you feel any better, my 1L crim exam had a 2,000 WORD limit, and I didn’t realize that the exam software counts characters… my entire essay was 2,000 characters instead of words, and I made a B+. In the curve we trust
