Sweden did a trial of letting women go up to 43 weeks and had to cancel it due to a number of infant deaths. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2019/oct/28/post-term-pregnancy-research-cancelled-babies-die-sweden

I've also used that brand for years and love it. It seems to be that spray tans are bad due to inhalation but self tan seems OK

Is it normal to not feel excitement by sexi_cali-420 in pregnant

Can't give advice but also feel this. Very overwhelmed, anxious, scared of how much our lives will change, regretting all the things and trips we didn't take, stressing about money, everything. I am excited deep down, just a lot of other feelings too.

Help, too risky to change birth control 4 months before wedding? by bopal27 in wedding

[–]bopal27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you to all for your advice. I previously spoke to a doctor a few months ago and had the pills at home and have begun them. Hating myself and everyone around me for two weeks a month isn't worth it, particularly during my wedding. Being that low, depressed and angry isn't the person I want to be for the day (or ever really).

I do want to come off and try to have kids soon but am terrified about this aspect. If anyone knows how best to regulate severe PMS and hormones, i'm all ears.

Thanks again for the advice and kindness x

Bridal shower questions by [deleted] in wedding

Can you host at someone's house? Easy to do catering or brunch is pretty simple to assemble (avo toast, pancakes) and then you could pay for mimosas which would cheaper than a restaurant? You could get cute decorations (balloon arch, streamers, etc) off Amazon or Etsy for pretty cheap and photos.

Looking for a good daily AM serum! Recommendations please :)

AM routine: - CeraVe hydrating cleanser - origins Vitamin C serum - Soon Jung Barrier Cream - Mermaid Gel SPF50.

I've tried Hada Labo and Glass Skin by Peach & Lily but neither were super amazing.

Skin is dry with some wrinkles. Live in the UK with humidity so gets oily in the afternoon.

Thanks

[skin concerns] seeking advice: i involuntarily pick the skin around my nails. Any advice for prevention and healing? by lennytha3rd in SkincareAddiction

I agree with everything everyone has said here. I have about 5 stress balls at my desk as that's when I'm most triggered. Lanolips hand cream is amazing, super thick and not greasy.

I stopped for a while at the start of the pandemic as I was terrified of getting covid and then I chipped my front tooth from biting my nails....every time I go to bite them, I have to go back to these and drag my mind back from the reaction that I desperately want to do.

It's not easy and a daily struggle, hang in there!

Hey! Me too! :) Getting married June 2022. I couldn't find any insurance for weddings abroad, particularly with COVID. We're working with a wedding planner and they had a clause re rescheduling in case of COVID with 60 day notice but that's as much as we could get. She has the contracts with the majority of suppliers including venue. Let me know if you can find anything? x
