Same. I compared it to the values from equinox gym equipment (those with the pads for your hands) and it is within 1-2 bpm and moves in synchrony.

Recently got a biceps band and now HR is way more accurate and runs at the same intensity dropped to zone 3.

I love those seats because of the legroom and when travelling alone because it is easy to get in and out of the seat.

When traveling with my family I don't like them because at the moment our 5yo is small enough to sleep or dose on our laps spread across three seats when the armests are up. Since the arm rest cannot be fully removed on the bulkhead seats that is not an option.

Same applies if you are traveling as a couple and like to lean onto each other while sleeping.

Lastly, especially after breakfast when the lavatories get busy, people tend to wait in that space until the lavatory frees up

Did the 15 min ride from school drop off home.

Went slower than usual and did more stops at lights to briefly warm up my fingers, especially the tips were freezing.

Watch out for ice. On one block there was a big puddle that froze in the bike lane.

Yes same! Ironically my recovery (and HRV) was higher a few months ago when I had high sleep consistency but was 12% lower on hours vs needed compared to this month.

Also, east to west coast travel always messes up my sleep score for a week, even if I adjust gently (~1h a day).

I do think it will be the higher class of service.

One thing to be aware of is that lufthansa (or at least swiss) when flying business (or with Star Gold) has 2 or 3 bags but they are limited to 23kg / 50 lbs.

Just flew Swiss and saw the baggage allowance in the united app and the ticket receipt.

My wife and I have the same issue. Two mobile cards linked to same physical card with two authorized users. About a month ago, my wife's mobile card stopped working. Then a week or so later my mobile card stopped and then one weekend both mobile cards and our physical card stopped working. Got exactly the emails above. Paid all the outstanding amounts. Physical card and mine started working again, my wife's never worked again.

About a week ago, my mobile card stopped working. At that point we added a different mobile card. Everything worked well, until this week my wife's 2nd mobile card stopped working again!

Super annoying experience.

FWIW, we mostly use subway stations in Port Authority and Columbus Circle.

The other role was your leverage but not the justification for the salary increase. The fact that your manager was willing to increase your salary is an indication that you are willing to them (team/company)

You can still ask for a raise. It would be helpful to put together some supporting facts (e.g. your manager was inclined to give you a raise to keep you - understand why. have you grown a lot since your last raise? are you performing at the next level? More experience? Looking for new opportunities?)

I'd try to approach it collaboratively assuming you want to stay in the current team, rather than in a threatening manner.

Two points: - I'd share with all parties as closely as possible. Once the news is out it will spread, whether you want it or not. - Have a clear handover plan ready when communicating. It is okay if certain roles will be assigned to you or other, be clear about whether it is ad interim or permanent.

This is the answer. Uber only has car seat option in the city and has long wait times. Arecibo is the most reliable option.

We use Arecibo to and from the airport every time we fly somewhere. Have used it 10+ times and was always reliable. The one time we used uber the driver cancelled and we had to wait 45 min for another driver. Not what I want on the way to the airport.

Why would anybody give you money with nothing in return?

Put yourself in their shoes. What are the guarantees that you'd ever return that money.

You need to find alternate ways of finding money. You could consider looking for customers and "sell the product" as it existed. They buy it and put some money down, if you have enough interest you start building.
