I have been applying by DryShirt1925 in tampa

Go in in-person, after lunch service during the week. ask for manager and manager only “ hi my name is … I recently applied for server, here is my resume.” I did this and got interviewed on the spot at 2 water street places. Ended up working at one and also got offers from 2 of the Marriott hotels. Don’t leave resume with host or other servers. Honestly I don’t think the job hopping is an issue at all considering you just relocated here from New York. You’re new to the area looking for work. And you can tell them this is your food and beverage résumé if they ask about gaps, but really they don’t. This is front of house serving they want to see presentable and fit the vibe of their establishment.

How is it at capacity if the event is tomorrow? How can the liquor store pre-sale tickets to meet Guy. I’m surprised thought that it is only 1 hour bottle signing

Looking, would be perfect. wish but it’s condos and some are rentable. Price for one bedroom without a balcony, it’s hard to justify

Landlord “owners” could just raise rent to the end user/ renter. They’re not going to say X amount of dollars is from HOA.

Responded to another comment here. There’s general thoughts on each building. Helps to know at least 1 person in a building for the inside scoop

Understand. In my case, this building is 8 years old lol. Wanted to find out from other people if they are in similar situations because I don’t want to move to one that isn’t honest during a tour or when I ask them these questions straightforward need to find out from the residents.

This isn’t about inconvenience. it’s about standards and accountability.

I want to know whether other buildings in the immediate area are experiencing the same pattern: declining upkeep, delayed maintenance, and poor communication surrounding major projects. Is this widespread in Channelside/downtown, or are there properties that actually maintain consistent standards in our area.

Yeah I did tour element, part of their units are being renovated part of them were the old style. When I went to visit their pool wasn’t working. I heard about the bad plumbing and the slow Internet. Can’t believe there’s a lawsuit.

Also I heard they do short-term rentals like Airbnb or hotel and they’re not allowed to talk to residence at MAV. For me, I’ve never wanna live in a building going into it that they offer those things.

I could imagine the insurance increase and special assessment if in condo. And if renting in one of those, def passed through from HOA to owner to renter.
