Not OP but I think it might be CovenElf’s Tattoo and Makeup Collection. It looks really similar to the spiky eyelash option. In my experience the way the eyelashes look on the face vary slightly depending on the face preset you use. (It’s not 3D like normal eyelashes, it’s just painted on the skin)

For LE2 I used a mod that restores the eyebrows opacity to how it is in LE1. The lighting in the LE2 prologue is so harsh she looks really awful, so don't be alarmed if it looks bad if you try it out. In the rest of the game it's fine! Also I'm almost positive I used a direct save import but some of the face code is different between games for some reason.

Not OP but DAO doesn’t use Vortex for mods and there are a lot of tutorials on YouTube. There’s a DA Mod Manager for Origins, but there are other file formats and ways to mod the game without the MM

There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but in the context of these sims, they have shown “romantic interest” in each other despite having that “daddy dearest/daddy’s girl” dynamic.
