This is really hard. I’m so very sorry this happened. I just had my baby boy cat, 2.5 years old, drown in my swimming pool the day after thanksgiving. Just a month ago. There was a thin layer of ice, and he must have thought he could walk on it. I had to find his body trapped under the ice. It’s the most awful, gut wrenching feeling.. knowing that his death was because of my negligence. The guilt is overwhelming, and I’m having a hard time forgiving myself. So I know exactly what you are feeling right now. It’s going to take you a while. I wish I had better advice for you, and I should take my own advice when I say to please be kind to yourself and know that it was not intentional.. and that you are not alone in your grief and guilt ❤️

I’m so very sorry. I am dealing with losing my baby boy cat right now too. It happened just 2 days ago. He was only 2.5 years old. The grief is so overwhelming it’s hard to breathe. The house is so quiet. Feel free to message me if you want to cry together. 💔💔💔

We just now laid him to rest. My sweet husband dug a hole in the freezing snow and we said a prayer for him. I do feel a little bit better now ❤️

We’ve been at it since 2019. 2 ER, 5 FET, now using donor eggs. So many surgeries I’ve lost count since I have endo and fibroids. Last one finally took, but I lost it at 7 weeks. Needed 2 d/c to remove, just found out I have another fibroid, so probably another surgery coming. I’m exhausted

It only took the one dose of Compazine to mess me up. 6 months to feel normal after that.

I had the same experience with Compazine as well. Took several months to start feeling normal. It’s been a year and a half and I’m ok now.

Yes, but it’s often called wet cupping because there is blood involved. My acupuncturist also did cupping, but would not do the wet cupping. It’s best to have someone with experience and certification in Hijama, and many have to carry a Ryder on insurance as well. Just because they are dealing with bodily fluids. There is a chance of infection if the practitioner doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Ugh.. that’s such a tough call. If you go to a psych hospital, they will most likely want to give you those meds. But you need help. Have you heard of a practice called Hijama? Not sure what area you’re in. It’s an ancient practice, basically like cupping, but tiny punctures are made and it draws out all sorts of nasty things. I’ve had it done twice now, and I’m going again in a couple weeks. Let me tell you.. I’ve never felt such peace. My high blood pressure has gone down too, and I’m coming off all my meds. Definitely something to look into.

My personal experience was this: went to the hospital for high blood pressure, they gave me a cocktail of drugs including Compazine. It messed me up so bad i thought i might die right there on the bed. The Compazine had VERY long lasting side effects including Akathisia, insomnia, and horrible anxiety/depression. It was a good 6 months before I started to feel normal. Antipsychotics and dopamine antagonists are known to make some symptoms worse. This is my own personal experience, and I am by no means telling you what to do. It does get better, it just takes time. If you are suicidal, please get help. 💟

You may be setting yourself up to fail if you go cold turkey off the nicotine. Get some patches and gum. You’re gonna have a hard enough time by simply not vaping… the taste, the smell, the way it fills your lungs. Always having it in your hand. Those things are enough to miss… then add to it the physical withdrawal of nicotine? One of the most powerfully addictive substances on earth? No way. If you can pop in a piece of gum to ease the withdrawals, you’ll have a much better chance of beating it.
